Our physio, Mandy Connell, demonstrates on CTV morning live how to choose the right backpack to reduce strain on your child's back and neck. Most kids don't get enough exercise. It is recommended that your child build up physical activity in small bouts throughout the day. What better way to do this than get them walking to and from school with their backpack?
