We are so excited to announce that we have moved over a few doors from 534 to 528 Waterloo Street. It is a bigger, brighter space in the same building. This move has allowed us to offer more treatment times with our wonderful physiotherapists, expand our gym area and to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere for our patients. A recent large-scale study reviewed the effectiveness of physiotherapy for plantar fasciitis.
The researchers studied a database of 819 963 patients diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Only 7.1 of the time and supervised rehabilitative exercises 90% of the time.
