- Pick up your free pedometer at River Heights Physiotherapy, 534 Waterloo Street at Corydon.
- Record your daily step count for 5 consecutive days. You have until July 15 to get your maximum consecutive 5 day step count.
- Email info@rhphysio.ca or call 204-987-9222 by July 15/14 with your highest consecutive 5 day step count.
