We are pleased to introduce our new Massage Therapist, Shaun Castor

Shaun has been practicing massage therapy since 2014.

As a  kid Shaun was very involved in music and gymnastics  and, by extension, he began to pursue music, theatre and dance as a teenager. After a year of studying classical vocal performance at the University of Manitoba, Shaun realized he was looking for a rigorous music theatre conservatory experience and he earned a spot at the Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria. Upon graduating from CCPA, he went on to have a fruitful career in the Canadian music theatre scene, known for his ensemble work and acrobatic skills. After a decade of performing, Shaun turned over a new leaf and cultivated a new career as a massage therapist, helping people from all walks of life.

In his regular massage treatments, Shaun likes to combine deep tissue techniques, such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release, with relaxation/Swedish massage techniques. A self-proclaimed “collector of skills”, he regularly takes continuing education courses to broaden his scope of practice.  Shaun specializes in RAPID Neurofascial Reset, a fast and effective pain relief therapy.

P.S. We sincerely apologize for the name typo in the last email!!
