Dear Patient,

We hope you and your families are all doing well during this difficult time. As an added measure we are now asking that even asymptomatic patients that have been tested for COVID-19, because of worry they might be infected, do not attend the clinic until they have a negative test result. This is for safety of course but also to ensure that our therapists are not unduly exposed and put on quarantine as well if your test comes back positive. Even though we take all the safety precautions to keep ourselves and you safe and you may be symptom free we are still deemed a close contact of yours. Therefore your therapist will have to quarantine as well if you have been for testing, then come to the clinic and test positive after the appointment. Health and safety is our ultimate concern but also making sure that we are able to continue to provide services for our many patients during the pandemic.
